EOP4
4xE1 to Ethernet Gateway
OPNET’s EOP4 and/or MSAN system offer a carrier class solution for extending traditional E1 services over Ethernet type network. The device converts the data stream coming from its TDM ports into Ethernet packets that are encapsulated using TDMoverIP method and forwarded over IP/Ethernet.
EOP4 offers point-to-point or point-to-multipoint synchronization for leased line applications.
EOP4 provides 3 Gigabit Ethernet ports(1x Optical and 2x LAN) for connectivity to IP/Ethernet networks.
Management is performed locally by a terminal, or remotely via Telnet, SSH, or SNMP.
