Labor Human Rights Policy

Opnet Technologies is committed to safeguarding the human rights of its employees and respecting their basic rights and interests in accordance with the standards recognized by the international community. Its specification scope includes:
  • Anti-discrimination: We promise that employees will be free from harassment and illegal discrimination that employment standards will be based on ability, and that employees will not be punished or retaliated for reporting discrimination.
  • Freedom of employment: All jobs are voluntary. It is prohibited to hire forced employees. Employees have the right to leave their jobs freely.
  • Humane treatment: Any harassment or inhumane treatment is prohibited, such as slavery, corporal punishment, threats, physical or verbal abuse, sexual harassment, etc.
  • Prohibition of child labor: It is prohibited to employ child labor.
  • Reasonable working hours: Unless there are special operating conditions, there will be two days off in every seven working days, one of which is a holiday and one is a rest day.
