All hardware manufactured by OPNET is warranted to be free from material defects for one year and will be repaired or replaced at OPNET expense, provided a Return Return Authorization (RMA) is requested within the warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty:OPNET will attempt to repair out-of-warranty defects at an additional charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to factory and OPNET will cover shipping charges (excluding duties and taxes) back to the customer.

If the unit is found to be defective or in need of repair, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
