PS-67 : Dedicated SHDSL Modem Rack with SNMP Management
The PS-67 system consists of a dedicated SHDSL modem rack which is located in the central office and a standalone modem which is located at the end user's office.
The PS-67 dedicated SHDSL modem rack is a manageable access system that offers a complete SHDSL solution in the local loop. Each port in the PS-67 dedicated SHDSL modem rack works with an opposite SHDSL remote device in a point-to-point configuration, providing each port with an independent connection. The product supports SHDSL technology in full compliance with ITU and ETSI standards. The PS-67 dedicated SHDSL modem rack is a cost-effective modulized modem rack that can be used with a dedicated number of ports. The PS-67 modem rack consists of 16 slots for SHDSL modules; and each SHDSL module corresponds to one SHDSL port in 2-wire or in 4-wire version. The PS-67 SHDSL module is available in separate versions for each user interface (E1, V.35 or Ethernet).
The PS-67 dedicated SHDSL modem rack has an SNMP agent on board that provides full SNMP management of the central and the remote units. The PS-67 SNMP application running on PC platform enables full management of the PS-67 and the remote PS-67 SHDSL modem.
