
OAN-300 Series
The GPON Optical Network Terminal for Mission-critical Service Providers
OAN-300 Series are GPON Optical Network Terminal (ONT) product series, which is compliant with ITU-T G.984 standards. OPNET develops OAN-300 Series ONTs in the basis of GPON (Gigabit-capable PON) technology.
GPON technology supports upstream
1.244Gbps and downstream 2.488Gbps PON transmission rate, highly efficient bandwidth
usage for Ethernet multi-services ensures carriers to extend their core optical network all
the way to the subscriber, eliminating the bandwidth bottleneck in the last mile, and provide
reliable quality of services to their customers.
OAN-300 Series ONT provides 1 GPON uplink port and 4 ports of Gigabit Ethernet downlink interface supporting 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ45), and optionally come with 2 ports of FXS interface supporting VoIP service,802.11b/g/n WiFi, and or RF interface for CATV service. With these interfaces, it fulfills triple play services (Data, Video and Voice) to connected subscribers.
OAN-300 Series ONT also implemented with network routing features.
