MSAN Introduction
Keeping with the current trend of full integration IP and broadband, OPNET Technologies presents the high density, high capacity MSAN system shelf (MSA) of ULC-1000AN MSAN. The MSA system is a member of ULC-1000AN MSAN product series. It can be configured to deploy a wide range of voice and data applications, to subscribers over a copper wire-line network infrastructure. Combined the MSA and MSC shelves in one integrated MSAN system, ULC-1000AN MSAN fully supports all TDM-based, ATM-based and IP-based services in a single platform.

Introduction of New Developed ETH-XCVR
The Ethernet Transceiver Unit (ETH-XCVR) interfaces to a 10/100 Base-T electrical Ethernet port, transmitting and receiving voice and data originating from channel units in the subscriber slots of the ULC-1000AN system, as well as other types of transceiver unit. The throughput of ETH-XCVR is configurable from 3 Mbps to 43 Mbps, depends on TDM timeslot bandwidth required. The TDM bandwidth could be 30, 60, 90 to 660 DS0 timeslots; it’s adjustable and configured in step of 30 timeslots.

Won a contract from Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) to provide G.SHDSL Equipment
High Speed Digital Loop System,PS-67,was selected by CHT to provide High Speed data leased line service in their data Network.
The PS-67 G.SHDSL provides full duplex capability to support selected symmetric user data rates for T1, E1 or N x 64 Kb/s (range from 64 to 4608 Kb/s) leased line services or Ethernet interface extension, using a Trellis Coded Pulse Amplitude Modulation (TCPAM) line code over one or two non-loaded two-wire metallic cable pairs. The two-pair application of PS-67 increases data bandwidth or extends transmission distance.The PS-67 can be managed by advanced EMS system with user friendly operation interface. The product is fully comply with ITU and ETSI standard.
